Job summary

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) is seeking a kitting associate in Neenah, WI to gather, kit and stage components for production orders. You will assist press operators during line changeovers and ensure timely kit preparation according to work orders and SOPs.

The role requires strong English communication, basic math, and reliable attendance. Eligible benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must read, write and comprehend instructions and SOPs in English.
• Basic math and measurement skills for unit handling and packaging.
• Use company software and perform tasks in the system after training.
• OT and weekend work available as assigned; flexibility required.
• Must be trustworthy, dependable with good attendance.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle high volume work.
• Proactive problem solving and lean/6S focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with production team at all times.
• Able to learn inventory processes and press terminology.
• Able to learn company software and perform tasks in the system.
• Able to prepare a kit for each upcoming production job.
• Able to follow the press schedule and stage the next job per SOP.
• Assist with changeover activities, including wash-up and setup.
• Return cleaned or unused items to storage locations.
• Support pressroom to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and replace as needed.
