Job summary

Chick-fil-A Newport is seeking a Back of House Team Member for day shifts. You will prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently, learning stations and maintaining standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Ideal candidates are cheerful, customer-service oriented, and able to work Monday-Saturday with early hours. We offer competitive pay up to $17/hour, health insurance, 401(k) matching after a year, paid time off, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• THIS IS A DAY SHIFT POSITION.
• Applicant must have availability Monday-Saturday from 5am-2pm

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
