Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Janitor to perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation at a designated building or multiple client sites. The role requires flexibility to meet client specifications and hours from Mon-Sun 6a-11a (35 hrs, Full Time).

The position offers weekly pay at $12 per hour and on-site work. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to follow instructions with attention to detail; previous cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months of janitorial experience or on-the-job training provided
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming)
• Follow procedures for chemical cleaners and equipment to prevent damage
• Clean restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrances
• Empty trash and manage waste as required
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
• Spot clean carpets and assist in carpet care
• Replenish paper products and supplies
• Adhere to housekeeping schedule
• Operate floor scrubbers, vacuums, and buffers as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned by client needs
