Job summary

Henderson Products Inc. in Manchester, IA, is seeking a dedicated Janitor to maintain clean facilities at both Manchester locations.

The role includes cleaning restrooms, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, window washing, and outdoor duties with a daytime shift from 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday, including a 20-minute paid lunch. Valid driver’s license is required and regular travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to travel between two Manchester locations as part of regular duties.
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms; empty trash and recycling; surface cleaning and dusting; vacuuming; wash windows.
• Operate equipment such as cardboard compactor and floor sweeper; outdoor trash pickup; shovel sidewalks and salt during winter.
• Support facility operations and participate in special cleaning projects as needed.
