Job summary

Four Hands is seeking an Inventory Cycle Counter to join our warehouse team in Del Valle, CA. You will help ensure accurate inventory records by analyzing transactions and supporting efficient material flow across our distribution operations.

Shift time: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of inventory control experience, is proficient with Excel and ERP systems, and can lift up to 50 lbs with assistive handling. Steel-toed boots required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with inventory control in a warehouse setting.
• Raymond order picker experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory transactions and material flow to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Follow processes for inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate records.
• Conduct daily inventory checks and physical inventories to keep product tracking up-to-date.
• Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies to minimize disruptions.
• Calculate rates, ratios, and percentages, and interpret graphs for data-driven decisions.
• Reconcile inventory variances using spreadsheets for precise inventory management.
