Job summary

CSG Systems in Omaha, NE is seeking Insert Operators for the Day Shift to set up and run production equipment, document outputs, and ensure quality. The role operates on a 12-hour rotating schedule (6 AM–6 PM) with some weekends and holidays.

No prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided, with benefits starting Day 1 and a starting wage around $20/hr, plus a $1,000 sign-on bonus. This is an on-site opportunity in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• Can use a personal computer and have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
• Can stand/walk for 95% of the shift.
• Able to bend stoop and lift materials between 25-50 lbs on a frequent basis.
• Can perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Proficient in English in a business environment.
• Can successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for machine set-up, operation of machines and completion of required documents.
• Process client statements, letters and documents to meet or exceed departmental standards.
• Process mail according to postal regulations to acquire maximum discounts.
• Determine machine settings to maintain quality and meet productivity expectations.
