Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for the Day Shift (6:42am-3:12pm). The role focuses on installing and repairing production equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting plant operations.

You will diagnose problems, replace parts, train production staff, and ensure safety, GMP and quality standards are met. Weekly pay starts at $30.35 per hour with day-one benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• An Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance is preferred.
• At least five years of Industrial Maintenance Technician experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant facilities.
• Diagnose problems, replace parts, test, and adjust equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs during operation.
• Read equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Provide training to production employees on operation and maintenance of machinery.
