Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC certification and EPA Refrigerant Certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance responsibilities.
• 5+ years HVAC/electrical/plumbing hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and install HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Monitor BAS to ensure efficient operation.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized HVAC repairs.
• Inspect and maintain electrical components.
• Repair plumbing fixtures and basic piping.
• Maintain inventory of parts and tools.
• Keep records of maintenance activities.
• Assist with project planning and implementation.
