Job summary

Qualifications

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine to complex maintenance tasks such as replacing lighting fixtures and fixing leaks.
• Repair damaged walls or floors and install plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, doors, or windows.
• Assist with or lead installation, repair, and maintenance of hospital equipment and systems.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure infection control, patient privacy, and safety in work planning and execution.
