Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Registered Nurse, Home Health for a 13-week contract position in Morristown, New Jersey. The RN will provide skilled nursing care in the patient’s home, coordinating with the interdisciplinary team and the family to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires 1–2 years of RN experience in clinical care and 2+ years in home health, with active RN licensure and CPR certification. Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8 AM–4 PM, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of RN experience in a clinical setting.
• 2+ years of home health experience.
• Current state RN license and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess home health patients in their residence to identify physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
• Develop, implement, document, and evaluate the Plan of Care (POC) for quality and continuity of care.
• Educate patients and families about care, medications, and home safety.
• Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
