Job summary

Cavco Industries Inc. (Nampa, ID) is hiring for a Production Home Assembler to follow work orders and assemble building components in a factory setting. The day shift runs 7 am–3:30 pm with a weekly bonus in addition to 40 hours.

Starting pay is $20.00/hr with bonus; average pay $26.16/hr with bonus; high pay $39.16/hr with bonus. Responsibilities include framing, layout, laying walls, wiring, roofing, siding, doors and windows, and painting interior/exterior surfaces.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to read a tape measure and read blueprints is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to transfer into various departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools to perform carpentry duties on a factory line.
• Frame, layout and build floors; prepare walls and install electrical lines.
• Install finish tape, mud, texture and complete interior/exterior painting.
• Meet safety standards and cooperate with team members.
