Eurest USA is seeking a Full-time Grill Cook for Parker Hannifin in Kalamazoo, MI. The role runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.

The cook prepares items at the grill station and serves customers, ensuring quality and consistency in food service at this client site. The ideal candidate has food service experience and knowledge of food-safety standards, capable of following recipes, meeting portion controls, and maintaining a clean, safe work

Qualifications

• Food service experience required.
• Knowledge of food-safety and quality standards.
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation.
• Complete orders from steam tables and serve customers at multiple stations.
• Serve customers in an efficient, friendly manner following established steps of service and meeting standards.
• Ensure food is at the correct temperature, attractive, and tasty; taste all prepared items.
• Follow established ticket-collection procedures during service.
• Store foods in designated areas following standard wrapping, dating, and food-safety procedures.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to meet sanitation standards.
