The position requires ability to lift up to 52 pounds, exposure to extreme temperatures, and on-the-job training is provided. 27 openings for full-time, day shift, on-site work with benefits under MN labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English or Spanish.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Perform basic math, such as ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

• Execute production plans to produce high-quality plants and flowers; harvest, process, plant, space and clear plants and flowers; manage canopy and pests.
• Perform routine cleaning, inspection, lubrication, precision checks, and other light maintenance tasks including simple replacements and repairs of facility and equipment; may operate forklift.
