Job summary

Wesco is seeking a warehouse associate in Westborough, MA to receive inbound shipments, process returns, and consolidate inventory. You will prepare packing lists, label and wrap items, and load outbound trucks safely.

The role supports a Fortune 250 supply chain leader and provides on-the-job training and growth opportunities. The position is 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of warehouse operations experience preferred.
• Comfort with basic computer use and problem-solving.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and complete log sheets.
• Process supplier returns and enter order receipts.
• Relocate and consolidate inventory to optimize space.
• Prepare and assemble packing lists with precision.
• Pack, label, wrap, and load outbound trucks safely and efficiently.
