Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Forklift Operator for a premier manufacturing client in Tifton, GA. The role operates 8am-5pm, Monday–Friday, with OT as needed, paying $19.00 per hour and weekly pay.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, maintaining safety, inventory accuracy, and FIFO-based material handling. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 1–5 years of warehouse/forklift experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–5 years warehouse and forklift experience.
• In good physical condition; able to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Good math and communication skills.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory activities.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks to support daily shipping, receiving, and production movements.
• Promote a safety-first culture while operating a forklift and maintaining warehouse safety standards.
• Maintain housekeeping and own your work area.
• Store materials according to site safety and segregation policies.
• Maintain accurate inventory using good warehousing practices and troubleshoot discrepancies.
