Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates in Groveport, OH to join a safety‑conscious team. The role offers a competitive wage and a schedule Monday–Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm with occasional Saturdays and overtime.

Responsibilities include picking/packing, operating reach trucks and pallet jacks, and maintaining a safe, organized work area. Penske provides benefits, PTO, 401K, and discount programs.

Qualifications

• Preference given to forklift experience
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required
• Ability to work independently, customer service, multi-tasking, organizational skills, flexibility and time management required
• Overtime flexibility preferred
• Non-climate-controlled environment experience may be required
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential
• Completion of Penske employment application, background check and drug screening required

Responsibilities

• Picking/packing parts accurately and safely
• Place inbound freight physically and systematically
• Report discrepancies and damaged product
• Locate misclassified inventory
• Escalate issues to supervisor
• Operate equipment: Reach Truck, Pallet Jack, Cherry Picker
• Match numbers and letters accurately
• Follow all safety requirements
• Stage and sort products for loading
• Open/close dock doors
• Maintain a clean, safe work area
• Sort and place parts in racks
• Stack boxes and pallets
• Move materials within the warehouse
• Scan and count parts
• Complete other duties as assigned by Supervisor
