Job summary

CHEP UK Ltd. is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for a Monday–Friday day shift (7:00am–3:30pm) in Wisconsin. The role emphasizes safety and efficient pallet movement with full benefits on day one, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

You'll operate sit-down forklifts, load and unload pallets, and perform routine inspections while maintaining awareness of nearby workers and equipment. Minimum 2+ years of forklift experience is required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sit-down forklift experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures.
• Good communication and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move pallets and materials safely throughout the plant.
• Load/unload trucks and containers with pallets as needed.
• Inspect forklift and report issues to maintenance; adhere to PPE and safety protocols.
