Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator in Gardena, CA. The role requires operating stand-up reach trucks and forklifts, using an RF scanner for order picking, and loading/unloading trucks for next-day deliveries. You will maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to safety procedures.

Key duties include picking, packing, labeling shipments, handling up to 50 lb items, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Certification is preferred but on-site training is provided.

Qualifications

• Electric pallet jack experience and RF scanner order-picking knowledge are required.
• Forklift experience loading and unloading trucks is required.
• Preferred: High-reach forklift experience, SAP knowledge, and prior warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and electric rider pallet jacks.
• Pick full pallets, partial pallets, and individual items using an RF scanner.
• Load and unload trucks and prepare orders for next-day deliveries.
• Pick, pack, and label parcel shipments.
• Handle and stack products weighing up to 50 lbs. continuously.
• Follow warehouse safety, food safety and inventory control procedures.
• Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
