Job summary

Abacus Staffing Services is hiring experienced Reach Truck and Cherry Picker Operators for a distribution center in Cranbury/Monroe, NJ.

The position is Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire with a consistent daytime schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, and weekly pay.

Pay starts at $21.00 per hour, with weekends off and growth opportunities within a supportive team. Bring your forklift experience and attention to safety to join our operation.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of forklift experience.
• Experience operating Reach Trucks and Cherry Pickers.
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Sit-down forklift and electric pallet jack experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate equipment to move, store, and pick inventory.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Pick, verify, and pack orders.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials.
• Palletize and shrink-wrap products.
• Complete equipment inspections and follow safety procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
