Job summary

Gilder Search Group in Port Reading, NJ is seeking experienced Forklift Operators for warehouse roles in Port Reading, Carteret, and Monroe. This on-site position offers two shifts: 1st shift 7:00 AM–3:45 PM and 2nd shift 4:00 PM–12:30 AM, with pay between $18 and $20 per hour.

You will operate High-Reach, Cherry Picker, and Sit-Down Electric forklifts, pick and move orders with a scanner, assist with inventory tasks, and follow all safety guidelines in a fast-paced warehouse.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year forklift operating experience.
• Experience operating High-Reach, Cherry Picker, and Sit-Down Electric Forklifts.
• Experience with RF scanners and order picking.
• Inventory department experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Operate High-Reach, Cherry Picker, and Sit-Down Electric Forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Pick and move orders using a scanner.
• Assist with inventory-related tasks.
• Load, unload, and organize warehouse materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 1years of forklift operating experience.
• Experience operating the equipment listed above.
• Experience with RF scanners/order picking.
• Inventory department experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM–3:45 PM
• 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM–12:30 AM

Pay

$18–$20/hour
