Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Forklift Operator in North Brunswick Township, NJ. This first shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) position offers $20.00 per hour and supports supply chain operations through loading, shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities to keep logistics running smoothly.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift safely, scanning inventory with RF devices, processing materials accurately, and performing cycle counts.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist.
• Ability to walk/stand for long durations.
• Visual abilities to include close, distance, peripheral, color, and depth differentiation.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift in a safe manner.
• Use wireless RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory.
• Scan and process materials accurately and timely to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Pick, wrap, and stage orders to be shipped and load material on outbound delivery trucks and trailers for customer orders.
• Identify safety hazards in the workplace.
