Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Forklift Operator based in Mason, OH for a day shift on a 2-2-3 schedule. You will move materials, load/unload, and support production lines to ensure efficient throughput and accurate inventory records.

Responsibilities include safety inspections, proper reporting, assisting with breaks, and collaborating with warehouse and production teams. Prior forklift experience is preferred; strong attendance and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Must work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion.
• Communicates effectively with colleagues and customers.
• Collaborates well with others to achieve group objectives.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to move pallets of finished product and to load trailers.
• Supply production lines with materials and move finished goods to warehouse.
• Complete line driver reports with locations and quantities of materials used and produced.
• Relieve production line staff during breaks and lunchtimes.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and produced for warehouse reporting.
• Assist in stock handling and loading trailers when needed.
