Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Forklift Operator based in Tolleson, AZ. This Day Shift position runs 6:30am - 6:30pm with a starting pay of $22.35 - $27.00 per hour.

You will support production lines by moving materials, loading and stacking pallets, and ensuring accurate material flow through the warehouse. Ideal candidates have 1 year forklift experience, strong safety discipline, and the ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors while meeting daily production

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude and service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks per instructions and routines.
• Communicates facts clearly; collaborates well with others.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, health, quality GMP policies and company procedures.
• Perform safety lift truck inspection and battery checks; report issues.
• Assist production lines by relieving breaks and maintaining material flow.
• Maintain records of materials used and produced; report to warehouse personnel.
• Move pallets to storage, stretch wrap machines, and staging areas.
• Inspect pallets for quality and proper labeling.
• Assist in stock-handler duties during low production.
