Graham Packaging is seeking a Forklift Operator based in Lakeland, FL to support production by moving materials, stacking goods, and delivering to lines and warehouse. The role ensures a steady flow of materials and accurate records to sustain production schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year forklift experience preferred.
• Good attendance and punctuality required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move pallets and load trailers.
• Maintain safety, quality, GMP guidelines and accurate records.
• Assist production lines and coordinate with supervisors.
• Perform daily safety inspections and report issues.
• Participate in inventory accuracy and cycle counts.
