Job summary

CJ Logistics America in Wilmer, TX is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator for the 1st shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 am–2:30 pm). You will safely operate forklifts, perform picking and packing, and prepare shipments in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Applicants should have at least six months of warehouse experience, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to follow safety protocols. The role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Minimum six months of related warehouse or distribution experience.
Basic math and reading skills.
Ability to operate material handling equipment including forklift and electric pallet jack.
Follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Safely operate stand-up and/or sit-down forklifts to move, load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate products.
Conduct manual case picking and other material handling tasks for order fulfillment.
Replenish inventory and maintain accurate product placement; prepare products for shipment.
Assist with physical inventories and cycle counts as directed.
Coordinate with team to meet daily productivity targets and communicate issues promptly.
