Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a forklift operator to safely move palletized materials in a high-volume warehouse and loading docks. You will operate a sit-down counterbalance forklift and perform putaway and replenishment to support accurate inventory.

You will conduct daily OSHA-compliant inspections, collaborate with inventory control and order selection teams, and ensure loads are balanced and secured for transport. Work hours are 07:00 AM to 04:00 PM in Piscataway, NJ.

Qualifications

• Successful performance on a Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Test.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a sit-down counterbalance forklift to move, stack, and retrieve palletized materials throughout the warehouse and loading docks.
• Execute putaway, replenishment, and retrieval of full pallet loads from high racks.
• Load and unload trailers and containers, ensuring loads are balanced and secure per safety rules.
• Perform daily OSHA-compliant forklift inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Collaborate with inventory control and order selection teams to maintain accurate material flow.
