Job summary

Graham Packaging Company in Tolleson, AZ is seeking a Forklift Operator for a day shift (6:30am–6:30pm) on a 3/2/3 schedule. Starting pay is $22.35–$27.00 per hour, with duties to move, stack and stage finished goods and raw materials and support production lines.

This role requires safety compliance, accurate record-keeping and good communication with supervisors and warehouse staff. A minimum of 1 year forklift experience is preferred, along with reliable attendance and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.
• Proficiency in computer use and typing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while staying positive.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks to instructions.

Responsibilities

• Move pallets of finished product to staging areas and stretch wrap as needed.
• Transport materials to and from production lines and warehouse locations.
• Follow safety, GMP and company policies and complete required checklists.
• Maintain accurate records of materials used and produced for warehouse reporting.
