Job summary

Precision Tube in Richmond, KY is seeking a Forklift Operator/Delivery Driver to safely move materials, load and unload trucks, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining accurate records and strong customer service.

This full-time role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with overtime potential. You will work with warehouse and production teams to keep inventory flowing and shipments aligned with schedules, following all safety policies and company standards.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or equivalent training required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proven forklift experience in manufacturing or warehouse.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks safely.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols for material handling and vehicle operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move materials safely.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles, preventing damage.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Plan routes to meet delivery times and comply with traffic laws.
• Maintain accurate inventory movement records and delivery logs.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and logistics to optimize workflow.
• Follow all safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
