Kelly in Penn Yan, NY is hiring a Production Inspector for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM). No manufacturing experience required; the role is ideal for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and seeking a steady daytime schedule in a busy food manufacturing environment.

You will inspect finished products, remove defects, rework or repack as needed, perform basic quality checks, and help prepare shipments while maintaining clean, safe work areas and following food-safety procedures.

Qualifications

• No manufacturing experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reliable and detail-oriented with good instruction-following ability.

Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products for leaks, packaging damage, and seal issues.
• Remove defective products from the production line.
• Repack or rework products when needed.
• Perform basic quality checks and record rejects.
• Help stack, palletize, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily goals.
