Job summary

Keel is seeking a Custodian to maintain the cleanliness of our large manufacturing facility and assist the maintenance staff as needed. The role offers days, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, with duties including cleaning walls, floors and equipment, restocking supplies, and overseeing waste disposal to keep the site safe and compliant.

You will follow cleaning protocols, use approved products, and support maintenance tasks with teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products required.
• 1+ years of janitorial/custodial experience preferred.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions, such as those on cleaning product labels.
• Good communication skills and the ability to prioritize with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Duties include cleaning walls, floors, equipment, or any other areas of the facility as needed.
• You will restock cleaning supplies and maintain janitor closets in an organized, safe manner.
• Waste disposal, managing coolant supplies and waste system, and general sanitation of the facilities will be daily tasks.
• Other maintenance duties as assigned.
