Pinch A Penny, a POOLCORP Company, is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician for 1st shift in Clearwater, FL. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues, and support daily facility operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED or Equivalent.
• Technical certification or trade school training are preferred.
• 2+ years of facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and maintenance software preferred.

Responsabilités

• Performs routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoots and repairs electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, and mechanical issues.
• Responds promptly to maintenance requests and facility emergencies.
• Maintains doors, locks, flooring, ceilings, walls, and office furniture.
• Coordinates with outside vendors and contractors as needed.
• Maintains maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory records.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA standards.
• Assists with office moves and workspace modifications.
