Amy’s Kitchen, Inc. in White City is hiring for a facilities technician who performs routine repair, modification and preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment, fixtures and systems. The position emphasizes safety, PPE use and adherence to GMP guidelines.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, plus 3 months of related experience or training. The role may require overtime during peak periods and offers on-site training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as add, subtract, divide, multiply.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine repair, modification and preventive maintenance tasks on buildings facilities, equipment, fixtures and systems.
• General building and grounds maintenance including painting and repairs, plumbing, lighting and roof work.
• Follow lockout/tag out safety procedures during service and repair.
• Adhere to safety rules and use PPE; read and follow the employee handbook and GMP booklet.
• Overtime may be required during peak periods.
