Job summary

GSF USA is seeking a General Maintenance technician in Lombard, IL to perform general maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, painting, tile installation, and snow removal. The role requires following safety procedures, completing work orders, and providing reliable on-site support.

Qualifications

• General Maintenance duties including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building systems upkeep.
• Ability to read and follow work orders and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems and building controls.
• Corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment; painting and wall patching; tile installation.
• Snow removal and routine cleaning/repair duties as required.
• Complete assigned work orders and maintain safe work practices.
