Job summary

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is seeking a Facilities Custodian Lead to supervise the custodial team and perform facilities maintenance in a cleanroom-capable environment. The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with contractors and cross-functional teams.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with an emphasis on safety, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor others.
• Ability to read building layouts and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise custodial team and ensure completion of work.
• Follow procedures to maintain facility per regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation; document accordingly.
• Coordinate with contractors and set expectations; evaluate performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide facilities support.
• Resolve issues with internal resources and assist associates.
