Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Denver, CO to join the client’s team. You will perform equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in a manufacturing or bakery environment, using basic shop tools and CMMS to document work orders.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts, performing repairs, and ensuring safe operation of mechanical and electrical systems. First shift, competitive pay range listed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications preferred.
• Experience in equipment maintenance in a manufacturing or bakery environment.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and fabrication skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS and inventory control systems.
• Basic knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, boiler, and refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Use basic shop tools efficiently for equipment repair and maintenance.
• Clean, lubricate, repair, and replace parts of equipment and machinery as required.
• Identify defects and excessive wear on parts, ensuring timely repairs.
• Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document repairs and manage work orders.
• Understand and interpret mechanical drawings for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting, including motor issues and control systems.
• Safely operate welding equipment, including arc, wire feed, and gas welding preferred.
• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems, ensuring optimal functioning.
