Job summary

Module X Solutions in Shreveport, LA, is seeking a Day Shift Electrical Supervisor to supervise the electrical department, coordinate workloads, and ensure safety and compliance while providing technical assistance as needed. You will oversee execution of scheduled electrical work directed by the production manager.

The role requires 5+ years of supervisory electrical experience and 2+ years in electrical installation/repair, with a high school diploma or GED and electrical training.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in the electrical field.
• 2+ years of electrical installation and repair experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; electrical training from tech school.

Responsibilities

• Back-up to production manager for electrical dept.
• Create daily work schedule for electrical team.
• Review engineering prints and BOM; coordinate with managers on issues.
• Coordinate with shipping/receiving for material kits and CFE.
• Inspect electrical projects for precision, speed, and efficiency.
• Ensure team has parts, tools, and materials.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot project issues.
• Maintain daily skid status report.
• Align new members with crew leads for processes.
• Coach on performance, attendance, and safety.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
