The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of electrical assembly experience, the ability to read schematics and BOMs, and proficiency with hand and power tools. Distinct attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of electrical assembly or related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials.
• Experience using hand and power tools, including wire strippers, crimpers, drills, and torque wrenches.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Ability to route, terminate, and organize wiring neatly and accurately.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical control panels and related equipment.
• Mount electrical and mechanical components into enclosures and panel assemblies.
• Route, strip, crimp, and terminate wiring according to schematics and blueprints.
• Inspect assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Label wiring and components for proper identification.
• Test completed assemblies and assist with troubleshooting when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
