Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Dock Loader for day shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday) in Union Gap, WA. The role loads and unloads windows, glass and doors, ensuring accuracy and safety while maintaining inventory control. Overtime may be designated.

Base pay is $20.00 hourly with benefits starting day 1 and 401k options. The position requires the ability to read manifests, maintain production levels, and work with a team to complete trailers on schedule.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ loading experience preferred in a window manufacturing environment.
• Glass handling knowledge preferred.
• Moving trailers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks and trailers with 100% accuracy, safety and quality.
• Drive trucks around the lot to load/unload as needed.
• Scan all products loaded into trucks 100% and record discrepancies.
• Report safety or quality concerns to Supervisor or Plant Manager.
• Maintain dock area, read manifests, and count freight.
