Job summary

The Woods, A Nightingale Community in Monticello, AR is seeking a Full-Time Day Shift Dietary Aide to support residents' health and well-being through timely meal service and compassionate care.

You will assist with meal prep, plating, serving meals, delivering to residents with kindness, maintain a clean and welcoming dining area, wash dishes, restock supplies, and follow safety, sanitation, and infection-control guidelines, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Friendly, dependable, and eager to help.
• Team player with a cooperative attitude.
• Comfortable with fast pace and multitasking.
• Previous dietary or food-service experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal prep, plating, and serving for breakfast and lunch
• Deliver meals to residents with accuracy, kindness, and dietary care
• Keep the dining room and service areas clean, organized, and welcoming
• Wash dishes, restock supplies, and support the cook as needed
