Job summary

DSG Supply is seeking a Delivery Driver in Mankato, MN for a full-time, hourly position. Typical hours are 6:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional variation based on business needs.

The role centers on delivering products to customers and jobsites and supporting warehouse duties. The successful candidate will load and secure loads, communicate with customers about delivery windows, and adhere to DOT/OSHA regulations while maintaining a safe driving record.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with ability to obtain a medical card.
• 1–3 years of applicable experience in warehouse or delivery roles.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in loading, routing and paperwork.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work under time deadlines.
• Safety training on material handling and forklift operation.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be physically able to lift 70–325 lbs with or without assistance.
• Prior computer knowledge and basic RF scanner usage.

Responsibilities

• Load delivery truck safely per company policy.
• Coordinate with warehouse to ensure proper loading.
• Inspect truck and trailer per policy and DOT standards.
• Report vehicle safety or maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Communicate delivery dates and times with customers.
• Drive to customer locations within approx. 150 miles of branch.
• Unload materials at customer sites as instructed.
• Comply with DOT/FMCSA and OSHA regulations and DSG policies.
• Follow DSG safety policies and vehicle safety program.
• Maintain a clean driving record and safe driving practices.
• Assist in warehouse tasks when not on deliveries.
• Pull, pack, label and locate items for delivery.
• Operate forklift as needed and use RF scanner to track status.
