Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate customer inventory records using WMS.
• Respond to inquiries about inventory, orders, shipments, and warehouse operations.
• Generate and verify inbound/outbound shipping and receiving documentation.
• Coordinate freight pickups and shipments with outside carriers.
• Communicate order status and inventory updates to customers.
• Assist with inventory discrepancies and daily warehouse administration.
