Job summary

Johnson Brothers of Hawaii is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative for Kahului, HI, Monday through Friday. You will handle customer orders, support sales teams, and maintain pricing accuracy while providing excellent service to internal and external customers.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of accounting and CS experience, strong MS Office and AS400 skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting and customer service experience.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and support to customers and internal teams.
• Process customer orders via computer entry and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain customer and sales relationships and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Assist with new account setup and troubleshooting with sales staff.
• Back up receptionist on rotating schedule.
• Communicate with sales and operations for account reconciliation.
• Run and distribute daily reports.
