Sustainable Staffing Inc. is hiring a Custodian for our Spring Grove, IL facility. The role involves cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining a safe environment on a first shift from Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Starting pay ranges from $18 to $20 per hour, BOE, with benefits including health and dental insurance and a 401(k) plan. No experience is required; training will be provided. This is a physical, detail-oriented position at a long-established company since 1967, offering paid

Competenze

• No experience required.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach.
• Strong attention to safety and cleanliness.
• Good written and verbal English communication.

Mansioni

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Clean and maintain assigned areas: dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, wipe surfaces, and empty trash.
• Clean and restock washrooms as needed.
• Clean company vehicles as assigned.
• Remove cardboard and debris to keep the facility organized.
• Maintain outdoor areas: shovel, salt entrances, and trash pickup.
• Report maintenance issues or hazards to supervisor.
• Perform other facility maintenance duties as assigned.
