SBM Management Services, LP in Eyota, Minnesota is seeking a Custodial Lead to oversee cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and to provide work direction to custodial staff.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related experience, CPR/AED/First Aid certification (drivers license may be required), and training in safety. Shift is Monday–Friday 7:30am–3:30pm, with a pay rate of $19.00–$20.00 per hour. SBM offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification; may require valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment; strong verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Perform janitorial duties as scheduled.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Schedule and train staff as needed.
• Inspect quality, safety, and service.
