About the Role:

Potential employees must be team-oriented, punctual, honest and able to operate multiple machines while multi-tasking in limited supervised prototype and production conditions. Responsibilities:

Load, run & maintain multiple CNC vertical mills

Use of Kitamura, Makino & Haas with Fanuc style controls

Read and understand blueprints to utilize GD&T

Cut material on a horizontal band saw

Light deburring of machined parts to customer’s specifications

Microscope experience a plus

Coolant maintenance: check percentage levels and fill tanks as necessary

Daily skimming of all tramp oils in coolant sumps

Light facility maintenance to keep equipment and storage areas in a neat, clean, and safe working condition

Requires long periods of standing, walking, bending and lifting, up to 50 lbs.

Read, and understand company job travelers and must use bar code system for job tracking

Having your own tools is a plus but not necessary

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Job Details:

40 Hours per week

Day shift = Monday-Friday - 6 am to 3 pm

Starting Date: ASAP

Salary: $20. per hour
