Job summary

Eventide Fargo Care Center is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant for the Day Shift (6:00 AM–2:30 PM) at our Fargo location. The role involves caring for residents under supervision, with weekend and holiday rotation and a $2/hour weekend differential in applicable shifts.

Qualifications

• Current North Dakota CNA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized attention to residents to maintain or attain highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing.
• Follow resident care plans at all times.
• Assist with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, incontinent care, toileting, transferring, ambulation, ROM, etc.
• Maintain resident dignity, warmth, and compassion in service delivery.
• Follow safety, infection control, and policy procedures.
• Report any abuse, neglect, or rights violations promptly.
• Assist with resident laundry as needed.
