• Assists residents with bathing, grooming, hygiene and placement of adaptive equipment.
• Explains procedures to residents before administering.
• Keeps residents dry; changes gown, clothing, and linens as needed.
• Changes bed linens and keeps them wrinkle-free.
• Makes beds (occupied and unoccupied).
