Job summary

Maple Crest Health Center is hiring a Bath Aide (CNA) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a long-term care setting. Assist residents with ADLs, support care plans, and promote an active lifestyle while safeguarding dignity and comfort.

Strong communication skills and English proficiency are essential for effective teamwork. The role is full-time with a 6:00 am–2:00 pm schedule on Monday through Friday, and every other holiday required.

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska CNA certification is required.
• Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English.
• Positive attitude and effective communication with residents, families, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing.
• Support the implementation of individualized care plans.
• Contribute to fostering a healthy and active lifestyle for residents.
• Help maintain residents’ dignity, comfort, and well-being.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition.
