Job summary

Orchard Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation in Grove City, PA, is seeking compassionate, dependable Full-Time Day Shift CNAs for the 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM shift to join our dedicated nursing team.

We offer a $2,500 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time employees, PTO, health insurance, and a 401(k). Daylight staff receive a $2.00 per hour shift differential and an extra $1.00 per hour if you waive health benefits. Join us to deliver quality care in a supportive, resident‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Pennsylvania CNA certification.
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must follow facility policies, procedures, and infection control standards.
• Must successfully complete required background clearances.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Provide mealtime assistance and hydration support.
• Monitor vital signs, weights, intake/output, and documentation.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Observe and report changes to licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for residents.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and well-being.
• Collaborate with nurses to provide exceptional resident care.
