Pleasant Valley Manor Care Center in Liberty, MO is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to administer medications and support residents in daily living activities.

You will collaborate with the healthcare team, maintain accurate records, and provide compassionate, person-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. This role requires CMT certification and strong communication skills.

Formación

• CMT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents when necessary.
• Basic knowledge of medication administration and nursing procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications to residents as prescribed by their healthcare providers.
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing staff.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of medication administration and resident care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide a high level of customer service to residents, families, and visitors.
